The Operational Excellence Manager drives continuous improvement and maintains quality standards across the organization by deploying Lean methodologies, enhancing business processes, and supporting ISO compliance.

This role ensures consistent application of quality systems, facilitates training, leads supplier audits, and champions a culture of operational excellence and safety to achieve improved efficiency, reduced costs, and standardized work practices.

Your responsibilities:

Training & Capability Building

  • Defines and conducts training in Quality & Lean tools.

Process Improvement & Standardization

  • Initiates and facilitates business process improvements.

  • Proposes changes to workflow for standardized and effective procedures.

Supplier Quality & Development

  • Conducts supplier evaluation and development, including audits.

Lean & Quality Strategy Deployment

  • Develops global Quality & Lean programs aligned with strategy.

  • Implements approved business strategies for lean work processes.

Change Management & Culture Building

  • Drives change programs via workshops for managers and staff.

  • Promotes a culture of personal and team safety.

What you bring:

Functional Competencies

  • Knowledge of Quality Systems and ISO standards.

  • Expertise in Lean tools and continuous improvement techniques.

  • Experience in supplier audits and evaluations
