Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced sales manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process of one or more products in a specific market segment. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and goals. Your focus will be on achieving business objectives while maintaining strong customer relationships.

1. Team Leadership

  • Motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve high performance.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and regular feedback to improve both individual and team performance.

2. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed established goals.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed to maximize sales opportunities.

3. Performance Management

  • Monitor sales performance and apply corrective measures when necessary.
  • Set challenging goals and track progress towards achieving them.

4. Client Relationships

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and effective problem-solving.

5. Analysis and Reporting

  • Prepare occasional reports with market analysis and sales forecasts.
  • Leverage data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and adjust sales approaches accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of CRM and sales analytics software.
  • A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
